Mark Smith Reserve is a small reserve area with a children's playground on Turnbull Drive off Taylor Pass Road,  officially opened on 31 August 2019. Most of the play equipment was formerly installed at Pollard Park, but during an upgrade to Pollard Park in 2019, was moved to the newly created Mark Smith Reserve. In addition to the play equipment from Pollard Park, an accessible swing, and an old tractor have been installed for play.

The reserve is named after a former farm manager of the Wither Hills Farm Park.

Adjacent to the reserve to the south, is a car park and footpath to access the Taylor River Floodway Reserve.
