Lake Timara

Lake Timara is a small artificial lake within the grounds of luxury lodge, Timara Lodge. The grounds are extensively landscaped with both exotic and native vegetation, and a path extends around the lake. In addition to extensive plantings, sculptures are also located at various locations around the lake.

Although Timara Lodge is normally off limits to the public, it has a tradition of holding an open day in spring as a fund raiser for the nearby Fairhall School.
