Black Jack Track is a loop track starting from Whites Bay which climbs through native bush to a bluff with a lookout point about half way along the track at an altitude of about 200m that offers views of Cook Strait and Port Underwood. DOC estimates an hour and a half to complete the track, however depending on fitness, it can be completed in less time. The complete track is about 5.5km long.
Due to the steep bluffs, the track may not be suitable for young children.
