Public Trust Office building

Designed by noted Oamaru born architect William Gray Young, the Blenheim Public Trust Office building was constructed in 1924. The building is listed as a category 2 Historic Place, by the New Zealand Historic Places Trust. Due to Blenheim's proximity to known major fault lines, the building is one of relatively few heritage buildings remaining in central Blenheim.

The building currently functions as a hotel and restaurant.
